Check in from 3pm to 10pm (unless by prior arrangement)

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation:
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled thereafter will be charged the cost of the first night booked

Advance Purchase:
A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable

Children & Extra Bed Policy

The maximum occupancy of in our bedrooms is 2 adults however we are able to accommodate 1 child under 3 in a travel cot. We have a limited number of travel cots available so please request at time of booking as subject to availability. Please feel free to bring your own travel cot. Please bring own bedding.

Credit Cards

The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted.

Damages

An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Coach and Horses will be at the cost of the guest.

Internet

WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.

Parking

There is ample FREE onsite parking.

Pets

Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms however we welcome them in our bar and outside areas.

Room Keys

Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £35.00.

VAT at the current rate is included.

Stopped on way to grandkids for a quick lunch – absolutely delicious small plates, well cooked and tasty! Great beer, lovely garden, nice welcoming staff and kept kitchen open for us. Highly recommend and will be back!

Good value room and very attentive staff both at check-in and in the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable and the heating was efficient, it was a cold night, and ideal for a one night stopover.
