lettuces with a mayonnaise dressing .



Honey-roast free range turkey
Prime roast turkey breast Served with traditional
accompaniments & roast gravy.

Fresh fillet of Scottish salmon
Grilled then presented with Shrimps & glazed
with a champagne sauce .

Grilled Sirloin steak
A prime Sirloin grilled to your liking served simply plain or with a green peppercorn sauce .

Breast Of chicken
Pan fried Chicken breast , creamy chive mash & wild mushroom sauce .
